Foden Estates is a property development and investment company, working in all sectors of the property market (industrial, retail, office and residential). We are predominately based in the Warrington area, with concentrations of property in areas such as Widnes, Stockton Heath, Latchford, Lymm and Winwick Road (A49).

Founded 30 years ago, by Robert, the company’s roots were formed in the residential market, though in the last 15 years, we have shifted towards the commercial sector. The portfolio now houses tenants such as Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, Co-operative, Betfred and Topps Tiles to name but a few.

We specialise in the purchase, redevelopment and retention of stock, with an investment business model.

Meet the team

Robert Foden

– MD/Founder

Robert founded the company in 1983 as a buy-to-let residential investment vehicle. Under various guises over the last 30 years, the company has seen a shift to the commercial sector and takes pride in its ability to develop land and buildings into successful investment properties.

Robert’s role as MD is largely overseeing both purchase and sale of stock, driving the developments from day one to the tenanted end product.

Debbie Cregan

– Accounts / PA to MD

Debbie is responsible for the day-to-day running of all departments and colleagues. 

Debbie’s role focuses on accounting, rent collection, tenant management and property maintenance as well as new site preparations and administration.
