About Foden Estates

The Foden Estates company is predominately based in the Warrington area, with concentrations of property in areas such as Widnes, Stockton Heath, Latchford, Lymm and Winwick Road (A49). Founded 30 years ago, by Robert, the company’s roots were formed in the residential market, though in the last 15 years, we have shifted towards the commercial sector. The portfolio now houses tenants such as Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, Co-operative, Betfred and Topps Tiles to name but a few so if you are looking for a commercial property to buy or let, then get in touch with Foden Estates. Robert Founded the Foden Estates over 30 years ago starting with residential properties and then making the shift to commercial properties. Accounts

Debbie is responsible for the day-to-day running of all departments and colleagues at Foden Estates. Debbie’s role focuses on accounting, rent collection, tenant management and property maintenance as well as new site preparations and administration.

Construction & Development

Leon has extensive experience in the Construction Industry and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at construction sites under the Foden Estates group of companies. He oversees existing properties, deals with tenants, assesses potential new sites, and also handles new lease agreements and renewals.

Daniel has been working in the industry and North West region for over 20+ years having gained MRICS status  in  April 2009 and VRS status in September 2019. His experience encompasses both client side and private practice across a range of departments most notably, Valuation, Agency, L&T and Management, both the commercial and residential sectors. Notable clients include Barclays, Nat West, Nationwide, Ward Hadaway, Well Pharmacy and Speedy Hire. All property service requirements are considered given his market knowledge.
